What to write about
To help us answer quickly, include a short description of what you were doing and, if relevant, the browser and device you were using. For bugs, a few lines of the code you were editing or a share link to the project are worth more than a long description — with the link we can reproduce the issue in seconds.
- Support — something does not work as expected, or you are unsure how a feature behaves
- Bug reports — preview glitches, editor errors, download or share-link problems
- Feature requests — editor improvements, templates, languages, export options
- Privacy questions — anything related to stored projects or the Privacy Policy
- Partnerships & guest posting — collaborations, sponsorships and article proposals
How fast do we reply?
Most messages receive a reply within a few business days. The editor itself does not need an account and stores your work on your own device, so there is rarely anything urgent — but if the site is down or a share link stopped loading, mark the subject line accordingly and it will be treated as a priority.
Before you write
Many common questions are already answered on the site itself. The landing pages include detailed FAQ sections about the HTML editor, the CSS editor and the JavaScript playground, and the About page explains how the tool handles your data. Checking those first may save you an email — but you are always welcome to write anyway.
